Preparation
- Define project, our scope and key objectives.
- Develop a preliminary/rough budget estimate.
- Identify and solicit to potential funding sources and partners.
- Initiate stakeholder engagement.
- Engage architects, engineers, and General Contractors
- Identify and purchase land
Planning & Design
- Develop initial design concept and cost model.
- Develop detailed project plans and specifications.
- Refine the budget based on design requirements and refine rough estimates for the project.
- Create a comprehensive funding strategy based on milestone objectives.
- Begin the funding solicitation process
Approval & Permitting
- Obtain necessary land/construction approvals and local/state necessary permits.
- Finalize project plans based on OKC regulatory requirements. Continue fundraising efforts in the community.
Construction
- Weekly Job-Site Meetings
- Monthly Project Reports & Cost Reporting
- Progress Photos
- Prepare Project Punch-List
- Certify Substantial Completion
- Project Commissioning
- Owner Training
- Certificate of Occupancy
Completion
- Finalize construction activities.
- Obtain necessary final inspections and certifications.
- Handover the completed project to stakeholders.
- Conduct a project review and document lessons learned.
- Grand Opening and Night of Worship
