I am a faithful believer in our Lord Jesus Christ and love being active in the community. I love pouring knowledge into the youth and any attentive ears willing to listen. I enjoy learning about other cultures and spending time with family. I have work experience with large organizations in various industries in the field of supply chain and construction. “Every experience is a learning experience.”

A Christian athlete passionate about learning and uniting our community and spreading the Lord’s Kingdom. Through sports programs and faith-based initiatives, he strives to create a community that reflects the values of love, compassion, and unity found in the teachings of our Lord.
Dean Nguyen
CFO
A financial leader with expertise in federal contracting and state financial planning, holds an MBA in Management & Finance. He excels in managing technical projects in government and technology sectors, focusing on resource management and financial analysis. With experience leading cross-functional teams, Dean aims to drive financial strategy and ensure regulatory compliance in his CFO role.

As an ambassador of change, I am lead by the voice of God in all areas of my life. I am an outgoing, creative, resourceful, goal-oriented HR Leader. Focused in various aspects of Human Resources Management, I am a connector proficient in transforming HR processes and enabling innovations to improve organizational performance & productivity.

I am an OKC native. I embrace a free-spirited lifestyle, finding joy in family activities and travel. My guiding principle? “Despite my small stature, I maintain a strong connection with God.” I look forward to making an empowering difference in the community and love the fact I will be apart of impacting community center that is God led.

Kenari Flowers
Director of Community Relations
Kenari is a passionate advocate for community development and empowerment, with a deep commitment to building bridges within underserved communities. Kenari holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance – Risk Management and Insurance (RMI) and is now pursuing a Master of Science in Finance (MSF), equipping himself with the tools to catalyze economic growth in local businesses and nonprofits alike.
His journey of community involvement strengthened during his collegiate years through various executive roles and advocating in the community. He has been deeply involved in mentorship programs using his leadership role to create spaces where youth connect, grow, and navigate their futures with confidence. Through these experiences, he learned that leadership is about more than just influence—it’s about responsibility and accountability to the people you serve.
In addition to his work in mentorship and public service, Kenari has been an instrumental business strategist for the Oklahoma City metro area. He works closely with local businesses, helping them scale and thrive by bridging partnerships and creating growth opportunities. Whether he’s facilitating strategic collaborations or guiding small businesses to success, his goal is to foster a sustainable, inclusive ecosystem that benefits all members of the community.
A key tenet of his philosophy is the belief that, “The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of convenience and comfort, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.” In his own life, Kenari has found that during times of hardship, he is reminded to rely on God’s strength to persevere. His relationship with Christ has been his anchor—guiding him through adversity, teaching him humility, and empowering him to be a vessel of service to others. His faith is the foundation upon which he builds all his endeavors, trusting that God is always faithful, even in the most difficult of times.
With a passion for service, a commitment to action, and a heart for people, Kenari continues to serve as a dynamic leader at SCC—bringing people together, lifting those in need, and making meaningful contributions to the communities he serves.
